You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
