Order Cancellation
At GoldenDazeHemp, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so time is of the essence.
How to Cancel:
- Contact our customer service team immediately
- Provide your order number
- Specify which items you'd like to cancel
Cancellation Window
Orders can typically be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they haven't entered the shipping process. Once an order is marked as "shipped," it cannot be cancelled.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the package. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is successful:
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Partial Cancellations
If you have multiple items in your order and only want to cancel some of them, we can accommodate partial cancellations if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a subscription order, you can cancel at any time before the next scheduled shipment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Unable to Cancel?
If we're unable to cancel your order because it has already shipped, don't worry! You can refuse delivery or return the items following our standard return process.
